Kelly Black

Kelly Black is President and CEO of Neptune and Company, Incorporated, a women-owned small business specializing in environmental decision support. Ms. Black earned a M.S. in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University, and a B.S. in Statistics with minors in Economics and Sociology from Montana State University. Ms. Black has more than twenty-five years of professional experience applying quantitative tools to problem solving.

Ms. Black is the Chair of the International Organization For Standardization Technical Committee for the Application of Statistical Methods (ISO TC69).

Ms. Black is an active member of ISO REMCO, and chairs the Reference Material Producer Technical Advisory Committee for A2LA.

Lead assessor for ISO/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 17043, 17025, and 17034 assessments of laboratories providing proficiency testing materials or producing reference materials.
